Jeff D. Brazell oversees our conjoint studies. He has a Ph.D. in Marketing Science, co-authors a marketing research textbook, 7 Summits of Marketing Research: Decision-based Analytics for Marketing's Toughest Problems and, over the past 25 years, has overseen over 1,000 conjoint studies. He knows the methodology and processes that will deliver a successful litigation result. PRICING
Expert witnesses are billed by the hour. Case fees can range between $25,000-$250,000. Accompanying litigation conjoint studies are quoted based on breadth of sample required and complexity. Average fees range between $50,000-$250,000. The Institute requires 2/3 of their fees when the study begins, and the balance upon completion.
